中國游泳協會一貫堅持對使用興奮劑“零容忍”，一貫重視加強運動員反興奮劑教育。我們了解，2018年9月4日，國際泳聯（FINA）授權的樣本采集機構——國際興奮劑檢查管理公司（IDTM）對孫楊實施賽外檢查時，使用了未經專業培訓、不具備法定資質人員采集運動員樣本，活動是非法和無效的。
