3月4日，教育部印發通知要求，擴大今年碩士研究生招生規模，主要向國家戰略和民生領域急需的相關學科和專業學位類別傾斜，向中西部和東北地區高校傾斜。

On March 4th, the Ministry of Education issued a notice requesting to expand the enrollment scale of graduate students this year, mainly to the related disciplines and professional degree categories that are urgently needed in the field of national strategy and people's livelihood, and to universities in the Midwest and Northeast regions.

擴大今年普通高等學校專升本規模，主要由職業教育本科和應用型本科高校安排面向產業升級和改善民生急需的專業招生。

The scale of undergraduate promotion for general colleges and universities this year will be expanded, and vocational education and applied undergraduate colleges will arrange professional enrollment for industrial upgrading and improvement of people's livelihoods.
